    • Cost: $10 (Free for orders over $100)
    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express Post):

    • Cost: $14.95
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

Shipping (New Zealand)

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post Parcel Post):

    • Cost: $20 (Free for orders over $100)
    • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days

 

International (USA and Canada Zone)

  • Standard International Shipping (Australia Post International):

    • Cost: $40 (Free for orders over $200)
    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

 

International (UK and Europe)

  • Standard International Shipping (Australia Post International):

    • Cost: $50 (Free for orders over $200)
    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

 

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST will be processed and dispatched on the same day. 

Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Express Post ensures next-day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post network.

 

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal conditions. Please note that BY Daily is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied by the destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the Australia Post website.

  3. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    • Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post within Australia. For international shipments, a residential or business address is required.
  4. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
